Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about our services, process, and how we work with clients.

What types of organizations does Veridian work with?

We primarily serve small and mid-sized businesses with 25 to 500 employees. Our clients include outpatient healthcare groups, regional food distributors, light manufacturers, warehouses, hospitality operators, and professional services firms across the United States.

Where is Veridian Workplace Services located?

Our headquarters is at 1420 Fifth Avenue, Suite 2200, Seattle, WA 98101. We deliver projects remotely nationwide and conduct on-site visits when scope requires it.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. Veridian provides operational documentation and compliance readiness consulting. We do not offer legal counsel, and our materials should not be construed as legal advice. Clients should consult qualified attorneys for regulatory interpretations.

How long does a typical SOP project take?

Foundation-tier projects covering up to 15 procedures average four weeks. Professional engagements with training typically run six to eight weeks. Enterprise-wide quality system builds may extend to twelve weeks depending on site count and complexity.

What do you need from us to get started?

We request access to existing documentation, a list of key stakeholders for interviews, and clarity on applicable standards or customer requirements. A signed statement of work and deposit invoice are required before work begins.

Can you work alongside our internal quality team?

Yes. Many engagements are collaborative—we draft and your team reviews, or we provide advisory oversight while your staff writes. We adapt to your internal capacity and preferences.

Do you offer ongoing support after project completion?

Professional and Enterprise tiers include post-launch support. We also offer monthly retainer packages for organizations needing regular document updates and regulatory monitoring.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on document volume, number of sites, training requirements, and timeline. We provide fixed-price proposals after a discovery call. Published tiers on our Pricing page illustrate typical ranges.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms are 50% deposit upon signing and 50% upon delivery. Enterprise engagements may be invoiced in milestone installments. We accept ACH transfer and major business credit cards.

What is your refund policy?

Deposits are refundable if you cancel before work begins. Once discovery interviews start, deposits become non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

New inquiries submitted through our contact form or hello@avaspass.xyz receive a response within one business day. Existing clients using support@avaspass.xyz typically hear back within four business hours during support hours.

What are your support hours?

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. We are closed on weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Emergency audit support for retainer clients may be arranged by prior agreement.
